Established in 1991, our spinning mill has been
incorporated with the "integrated production system".
It is a strategic move in our denim business. We are the pioneer in Japan to adopt the full vertical production flow-spinning, dyeing, weaving, and finishing. Direct import of raw cotton and self-manufactured yarns enable us to have a strict quality control and lower the production cost. A series of cotton selection and mixing process means yarns are with stable and outstanding quality. We are now equipped with two spinning lines, separated in ring spinning and open-end spinning. As different yarns can give different fabric texture and appearance, our wide variety in yarn types enable us to meet customers' requirement. The whole process is automated to maintain a constant and stable quality.
