In general, finishing consists of singeing to eliminate the fuzz on the surface, starching which provides body in the fabric, preskewing that prevents movement of the fabric upon subsequent washing, preshrinking that limits the shrinkage of the fabric upon washing. Each step is designed to manufacture top quality denim. By tiny adjustment on each step, we can also modify the character or appearance of denim, which can meet our customers' needs better. Final fabric inspection and testing are also carried out, which act as a quality guarantee and provide valuable information for further quality improvement and product development.
